Don't Stop Believing was established to honor my son, Ethan T. Meetz

Ethan died by suicide at the age of 17 on April 16, 2008. A yearly scholarship will be awarded at Lomira High School in his name. Contact Deanna Weibye, School Counselor, Lomira High School (920) 269-4396 ext. 114 for more information.

Ethan was a happy baby, a caring child and talented musician. He is forever in our hearts and missed daily.

Purple is my favorite color, so I use purple hearts to express my love.

In suicide awareness, the semicolon represents a pause not the end.

Mental health and suicide issues are plagued by stigmas. A primary goal of Don't Stop Believing is to promote open discussions to remove those stigmas.

The mission of Don't Stop Believing is to bring suicide awareness, intervention, and education in an understanding emotional supportive way to those impacted by suicide.

I see myself as a wounded healer. Sharing my personal story as a way to “pay it forward” to others.
